Shareholders' Notification
SHAREHOLDERS' NOTIFICATION
Further to the PLUS Rules For Issuers (R28 and Appendix 4) and the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Directors of Suretrack Monitoring Plc make the following announcement.
On 9 May 2008, Suretrack Monitoring Plc received notification from Matthew Dodson that he had disposed of 3,284,463 ordinary shares owned by himself as an individual and 6,441,922 ordinary shares he is the beneficial owner of; the legal owner being Wallaceton Investments Inc. In total, Mr Dodson has disposed of 10,176,385 ordinary shares amounting to 4.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares were disposed of in a number of transactions between 23 October 2007 and 29 April 2008.
Subsequent to the disposals, Mr Dodson's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 20,635,937 ordinary shares amounting to an 8.4% interest.
On forensic review of the Share Register, it was noted that October Investments Limited is no longer a substantial shareholder (as set out in the Admission Document) having disposed of its entire shareholding of 14,105,000 ordinary
shares equal to 5.76% of the Company. No notification was received from October Investments Limited.
