Welcome to Sure-track’s on-line activation system, where first of all we would like to thank you for purchasing the Sure-track MT2.
Prior to the installation of your MT2 you will need to complete the following activation process and have received both email and SMS confirmation of activation. Please note that although activation requests can be placed at anytime they are only processed during our office hours which are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. Following the processing of your request email and SMS confirmation is usually received within 24 hours.
Once you have received confirmation your MT2 will be activated ready for installation and registered with our 24/7 bureau desk, who are available on 08456 800 204 to help with any requests or queries you may have.
Information Required
In order to complete the activation request you will need the following information, it will save time and speed up the process, if you ensure you have this information to hand before proceeding:
- URN - the six digit number that can be found on the barcode sticker either on the side of the box or the bottom of the unit.
- Activation Code - this will be provided by your distributor
- Company Details - to include contact name, company name, address, e-mail, landline and mobile telephone numbers for both order and invoice contacts.
- Your Order Ref - a purchase order number or internal reference.
- Alarm Contacts - we will require the details of the contacts you would like to be SMS’d in the event of an alarm. A minimum of one contact is required but up to three can be added.
- Terms & Conditions - you will need to agree to the terms and conditions.
